We are passionate about our food which shows in the quality and diversity of our regional and seasonal menus, using the best of West Country produce from our Devon larder.
As every chef worth his whites will tell you, good food stems from using high quality ingredients, and here we are blessed with plenty of locally grown and organic produce. Fish from Salcombe and Brixham are a speciality, including fresh lobster and scallops, often from our own parlour pots and diving trips.
Take a pre-dinner drink in our Bollinger Bar before sitting down to seared veal with ginger and lime butter. Or have an afternoon treat with one of our legendary Devon cream teas. Whatever your taste, we have something to satisfy it.
