Meet Ian
When I first came to Soar Mill I swiftly understood what was wanted — good food, family atmosphere and that magic ingredient that raises the bar. Now we’ve a two AA rosette restaurant. It’s driven by menus that are modern and individual but also contain lovely touches of that Soar Mill family magic. And I source locally for richness in flavour for everything from refreshing salads to rib-eye steaks and a fantastic array of seafood.
